Quarterly Goals
Why do we have quarterly goals?
We divide the year into quarters. For us, it is a way to see whether we are moving in the right direction.
The purpose of goals is to provide a reward for real performance, not for hours spent at work. Thanks to them, we know exactly what success looks like and can cross the finish line together.

How do goals work?
Goals are always linked to a specific role and are set to be ambitious but achievable.
For example, revenue, margin and measurable success indicators.
Shared projects and priorities of the whole department.
Specific tasks based on your particular position.
During the probation period, your adaptation is key for us. We expect that with standard engagement, you will receive 100% of the variable component. During this period, goals are primarily about onboarding and fulfilling your individual plan.
